QueenClaw AI provides AI-powered voice agent services for businesses, including call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, and SMS notifications ("the Services").
Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis at the agreed rate. Payment is processed via Stripe and is due monthly in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled with 7 days' notice before the next billing period.
Setup includes configuring your AI voice agent with your business details, call forwarding, and testing. Setup is included at no additional cost. Estimated setup time is 1-3 business days.

While our AI voice agent is designed to handle most calls effectively, we cannot guarantee it will handle every edge case. We recommend periodic review of call logs. We are not liable for missed opportunities, miscommunications, or decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
Call transcripts and recordings are stored securely and not shared with third parties. We retain call data for 90 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days' notice. Upon cancellation, your AI voice agent will be deactivated and call forwarding will need to be restored by you. No refunds for partial months.
QueenClaw AI's total liability for any claim arising from these Services is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
